1. Information We Collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account, top up tokens, or contact support — such as your name, business email, phone number, and billing details. When you send messages or documents through MSGR, we process the recipient contact details and the content you choose to dispatch on your behalf.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used to operate and improve the platform: delivering your Email, SMS, and WhatsApp messages, generating and transmitting documents, processing token payments, providing delivery audits, and responding to your support requests. We never sell your personal data or your client lists to third parties.
3. Sharing With Service Providers
To deliver messages we work with trusted channel providers and infrastructure partners. These partners only receive the minimum data required to complete a delivery — such as a phone number or email address and the message body — and are bound by confidentiality commitments.
4. Data Security
All data is transmitted using end-to-end encryption, and documents such as statements, payslips, and legal letters can be password protected. Access to our systems is restricted, monitored, and logged. While no service can guarantee absolute security, we apply industry-standard safeguards to protect your information.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal and accounting obligations. Message logs and delivery audits are kept only as long as needed to provide the service and resolve disputes, after which they are securely deleted.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you at any time. Where you act as the sender, you can export or delete your uploaded contact lists from your dashboard. To exercise any of these rights, contact our privacy team using the details below.
