Terms of Service
These terms set out the agreement between you and MSGR when you use our platform to send messages, deliver documents, and run campaigns. Please read them carefully before getting started.

1. Your Account
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials confidential. Your account is activated by verifying a one-time code sent to your email. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, including top-ups and campaigns sent by your team members.
2. Acceptable Use
MSGR may only be used to send lawful, relevant communications. You agree not to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or content that is illegal, misleading, harassing, or infringing. You must have a lawful basis for contacting every recipient on your lists, and you must honour opt-out requests promptly.
3. Tokens & Billing
Messaging is powered by prepaid tokens purchased in packages. Tokens are deducted as messages and documents are dispatched. Where a WhatsApp or SMS message fails to deliver, the corresponding tokens are automatically refunded to your balance. Purchased tokens never expire while your account remains active.
4. Service Availability
We work hard to keep MSGR online and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Delivery depends on third-party channel providers, and occasional downtime or delays may occur. We are not liable for failures caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
5. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, abuse the platform, or attempt to send unlawful content. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. On termination, any unused token balance may be forfeited where closure results from a breach of these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
MSGR is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid for tokens in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
